That is three Matt. See you tomorrow. To the rest of the thread please reread last night posts by Al C and the responses of Kim and Mark. I strongly disagree with Carl's position. I have significant questions about some of what management has done and encourage every one to take what ever action they deem appropriate to express whatever dissatisfaction they have. I will. I respect and like Carl Campbell but believe he is mistaken and the path he is counseling is wrong. By giving him your proxy I fear you are in all likliehood handing your votes to a group more committed to the narrow interests of J/L than of the general Naxos shareholders.
