Will you stand by that statement? If Napier has found a substance that has no more potential for toxicity than pure water, and the substance can lift some of the world's most resilient finishes - for example aircraft paint - there will be plenty of investors clamoring to buy its stock. As you probably know, even the least hazardous of substances is regulated in that WHMIS documentation is required and other regulatory requirements must be met, eg for OSHA.
