change companies. It's not work the $20 dollar savings to put up with the hassle. I use Schwab, it took a little convincing yesterday, but withing 1 hour I had them up to speed, and they had me trading. Today, it is online.

Change services!! I use Fidelity and they are pretty swift and to me its worth the $14.95 trade. I also use SureTrade sometimes.

Try placing a computer order yourself after the market opens and see if it takes. I am just waiting for a bid/ask to show up to see if I shall sell more shares.

Have to get this all done to get to the beach you know!!
