I agree. I meant 1 year from their date of hire. So I guess it's more like 3-10 mos. Anyway, I've decided to re-enter the game at $3.

Unfortunately, that's the way I see it too. Even WITH an OEM, at this late stage the money they have won't last long enough to fund the ramp. That means guaranteed dilution. The only question is how much, and at what price.
