Chief and others, AN IDEA: since $, experience and verification are the problems, why doesn't MINE invite some majors in to checkout the site for a potential partnership? This seems like an obvious solution. The Company admits a lack of experience which is dangerous with a find like this. Now Terry has to worry about the SEC and fraud charges. Nevertheless, he still stands by Guido's report. They are over their heads and our investments could be tied up for years in this mess. The potential is enormous and the cost to retrieve from the surface on a South American economy (reduced labor costs, etc.)should be attractive to American and foreign majors. An EXPERIENCED major law firm could market and handle this for MINE and help head off the potential fraud charge. This would be cheaper, faster, safer and less dilutive of stockholder's equity than a 10 million share offering for financing. Comments....
