Serge, It is available here: fe.freeedgar.com I read it, but GEEZUS, I thought it pretty innocuous and merely a restating of information we already know. I see NO MENTION, I repeat, NO MENTION, of a $2.4 million charge. And I still don't see an 8-K filing that I opine should be required of such a adverse material event. Oh well..... Live and Burn... Thank god I wasn't forced to liquidate my other major position which may bail me out and get my head back above water later this year. Regards, Ron
