Very interesting, two buys in the last 2 days with increasing targets.

And no movement to the upside in CKFR...2 great fundamental reasons to grab a position. But yet on the technical side of the equation, CKFR teeters on the brink on 2 key signals which I apply to it....which are very close to saying sell the hump.

I just had to clip this from that Salomon Smith Barney CKFR BUY.....

We will reevaluate our rating for a possible upgrade if the stock drops to the mid-$20s or there is strong evidence of rapidly accelerating adoption of electronic bill payment and bill presentment.

You think they see this Camel too?
