Sorry for not responding to the additional messages yesterday, but, the trial service limit's you to only three messages per day. Today's volume is a bit disheartning. However, the realities of the suitors are for real. #11926 The time frame is a guesstamate. I wouldn't be looking at this as a long and drawn out process. Remember that the two principal pillars are taking the initiative and not the inept board which has obviously failed to deliver. #11939 Good call. Provides probably the best case scenario, giving the stock a lot of up-side potential while minimizing post announcement law suits. #11946 The DR. range for 25-32 would obviously be ideal. The above suitor could easily accomodate this through a stock offering with little down side for them. I think the street would like it.
