American Dreamer, I understand your thought process on the buy-back of shares by ADOT.

However, in light of the Biomoda dealings that could close as early as mid-August, I would consider doing the same thing (buy-back) if I was in ADOT's shoes.

ADOT got the 504 money prior to March 31. That was BEFORE Biomoda was approached by ScheringAG/Berlex. That changed the picture completely in my opinion.

The 504 shares went out at .165 and if ADOT can buy-back shares at .19 or .20 that could be substantially higher very shortly, that works for me!!

I don't think ADOT intended to buy-back shares when they got the money, but the situation has changed. I think ADOT will try to buy back shares as low as possible just like the rest of us. But I'll bet they will probably make those buying decisions based on Biomoda's situation.

Again, I understand and I agree with your thought process under most circumstances. But I think the $$$$$ motivation here on ADOT's part is based on Biomoda's deal. And that could be a LOT more valuable than just some 504 money. ADOT has plenty of cash to develop their projects. I also wouldn't be surprised to see ADOT also use some cash to pick up more ownership of Biomoda.

If you are not familiar with Biomoda, you might check out the credentials of the people that are behind it. Call your local hospital and talk to a doctor about lung cancer research and ask the doctor about Dr Geno Saccomanno of St Mary's Hospital and Medical Center in Colorado.

It's no surprise that ScheringAG/Berlex is interested so intently in Biomoda.

Best wishes,
Brad
