I would guess around 20 to 25 people, but I wouldn't fixate on the number of people as much as who they represented. From what I was told by the host of the meeting they were inviting a single representative from selected companies. If each of these individuals represented a firm then you can multiply the effect of the presentation by the number of brokers or financial representatives in each firm.
