There are too many complaints like this to count for public companies. Again, its an old complaint. Was it dismissed? Here is one COMMON SENSE QUESTION: Is this stock "CHES" trading right now? YES!!! That should tell you something! Remember that there is a very good reason for the massive accumulation that has been taking place. Do you know how easy it is for a non-public company to buy a ticker symbol by merging with the "non-active" company rather than going through the long, drawn out process that could take years to go public? Trade as you will! I want to make money! GO CHES!!!
