At the bottom like Volpe Brown, Alex Brown & JC Bradford...or at the Top like these last 2. There are so many Strong Buys and Buys on this thing...you really have to wonder why it can't break out. Just proves they can't all be right...I'm hoping they are all WRONG...on all their earnings estimates.... But that seems to be Bank & Biller Driven at the moment.
