The new building will be depreciated. No one-time charge for an asset purchase. The sale of the divisions will be a one-time gain/loss on the sales of an asset.

Guys- In my humble opinion, I want CheckFree to continue to focus on growing the business and building the infrastructure. While I want them to make money, at this point, it's more important to me that they continue to build the business. This is one of those companies where I try to focus on being a long-term part owner of a business, rather than the holder of some numbers on a brokerage statement worth X dollars. Helps me to focus on the long term and not get tempted to trade the stock. All that said, I'm rooting for 4 cents. Paul
