I'm thrilled that we will see a minus sign. It reminds me of the good old days when I worked for J. M. Fields div of Food Fair. We only saw minus signs. Nothing like conservative accounting. In the long run it is great. One wrinkle that is interesting is that profits will be charged this hefty amount which I assume includes the value of the shares provided to make the deal. But the impact on cash flow is very much smaller since the shares issued do not impact the cash flow. So the quarter will have a positive cash flow I assume. Many sophisticated investors focus on the cash flow.
