Gary, Are we still trying to stop the conversion in October? At least put it off for a year? We will get crushed if the conversion happens to this shell IMO. If someone has screwed with the "p" in any way -- conversion lets them off the hook quite cheap -- the shares available will be quite substantial. ANYONE ELSE get the split shares yet? Fidelity says it is a 2 to 1 reverse... I told them to look a little harder. I am waiting to hear back from the other two brokers I use, NDB shows nothing yet -- I have not heard from AG Edwards. OK ... I got tired of all the speculation on the split so called and just got the phone with NASD OTC research unit. They quoted to me the SOR is May 29,1998, it is a forward split and the xdate is July 7, 1998 I have been unable to get the Payable date but working on it. That is my understanding at the present.
