Janis called and asked if I would like to participate in the conference call, but I will be away at work and can not get away to listen to the call. There must be some great news since they are going through so much effort to have this conference call. We need some contract #'s with dollar amounts. Look at other Y2k contracts press releases they give a estimated revenue #. Take a look at Tava contract announcements. Is anyone planning on participating in the call? let's ask some questions that we give us a clear idea on where this company is going? Can someone please ask some of my questions? #1 Is the company planning on more Financing where they increase the # shares outstanding? How many share are currently in float? #2 Get us up to date on the Bemer project, when can we expect revenue? #3 Projected quarter when the company will break even. #4 Y2K is just around the corner do we have time to get our act together it seems like everything gets delayed, financials, 10k, Yr to date earnings, road show, income from y2k, bemer deal. #5 What ever happened to the Dofasco contract? That was their first Y2k contract and the large revenue stream never materialized, are they still working with Dofasco? #6 When is revenue realized? Does the company get a portion of the revenue when the contract is signed or do they have to wait until the project is completed and tested before they see a dime? #7 Why is the stock so weak right now? We should be at much higher levels giving the progress we have made over the past year. But here we are at .84. Before the road show we were at over 1.50. It looks like the road show so far has been disappointing. I do believe the company will succeed. I just like to do my DD since I have a large investment in this company. I am hanging on to my shares to see what transpires over the next few months. Best of luck to all long term shareholders. Regards, Jason B.
