Ok, so everyone blames Ira for printing the shares because we'd all
love to say he's gone and the problem is solved... but why is Arif
holding nearly all the newly issued stock if that is truly the case?
I've heard the "evil Ira" story but Arif has the shares, not Ira...

my experience is when the president is printing certs to hype the stock and announcing deals not yet done and not disclosing the real audited books, then chances are good that the earnings are not what was represented either. I prefer companies who like disclosure and do not overstate their case... that when combined with tighter controls on the stock gives the investor a good chance for gain even if it takes a few months longer and is not quite as exciting.
One last thought.. usually the comments first surround how the stock is being shorted before they blame the market makers. I always get suspicious of that kind of talk.... usually just an excuse for insiders or deal guys dumping their stock
