Hey G.H.-What you say makes sense!I have been involved with this company since the Bachman days. I have made money with this stock but over the last two years lost a lot as well. Based on insider transactions, (Alexander at 1.75) a lot of other buys at 2.75. How can this many people in the "know" be this wrong? My opinion is BAD MANAGEMENT. These guys have never cared about shareholder value. I have done a lot of homework in the last few weeks and see that the company spent a lot of time on management compensation packages and even sent a proxy out stating such. What we need here is a new CEO which by the way should have happened by now according to the last conference call. If this is not the case lets all hope and pray that this gem of a company is being shopped. It will be our only hope.
