s martin: There you go again,.....IMO this forum is not a place to decide if something is legal or not. The proper avenue for that information is from the SEC, or through an attorney. BTW..None of you know whether or not these people have, or have not taken this approach. In addition, (it's JMO), but any answer that would come from any person, other than one that would be willing to accept legal responsibility for this is not to be acted upon. IMO, suggesting seeking legal advice is proper, but that is as far as it should go. (unless, as I posted, you have some legal standing to give advice) the above is, as always, JMO.

I think you checked on the legality of this offer and found it is ok, but you would never say that would you? I asked about the Mork-Morgan meeting when tonto said he knew what went down, no answer. I have Morgans side,maybe if i had something to put his claims up against i could get the truth to the question. Who is telling the truth about said meeting. Both sides on this thread have gone to far. I am looking for answers to specific questions, i see nothing "silly" about that. Bigs
