I'm not usually bothered reading "the small print" either, so please, if anybody has read it perhaps it would be possible to put a few words in about it. Being a Murphy'ist I don't suppose it improves anything for us customers. It might even say something down the line of "we reserve the right to instantly terminate the account and confiscate the holdings of any customer who's saying anything bad about us on SI. ;-) The YAHOO guys are going crazy, popping the champagne, over the much-better-than-expected Q-figures after the close today. Prices on instinet apparently are up 10%+ on most internet stocks, so brace yourself for a DATEK that probably won't be very available tomorrow either.
