my hats off to si for doing the right thing with sellfirst. now for some facts, 1. dgiv does have some contracts signed, not just letters of intent as some are wondering. some are also wondering about a merger to get to naz, even if it does happen that way, the sb10 still has to be filed as dgiv will have to become fully reporting no matter how you slice it. 3. people are getting confused by the 144 listing on stocks, all that means is that a share has been filed for to be part of the float, meaning the restriction has expired, or in some cases, many ceo's have them listed 144 so that they can use them for collateral, ive known many company ceo's that have done this including with my own company. 4. no insider has sold any shares of dgiv.
