Just bought Magic Solutions a lesser player in the market. However, NETA would have been one at the top of my earlier list. There are many others that I did not list but are badly in need of these products. Tom

Network Associates is focusing on the internal help desk opportunity which although tangentially related to VNTV/SEBL/CLFY space is still different. They are competing with Remedy, Tivoli and Peregrine. An acquisition of VNTV would be a stretch for them but not out of the question.
