The DGIV "true believers" remind me of religious fanatics. Dissent (heresy) is not tolerated, and when people point out suspicious areas like the endless hyping of this stock, the promised (since October 1997) NASDAQ listing that hasn't materialized, the lack of financial reports, the technical aspects of how exactly DGIV is going to provide telephone service, etc. they get assaulted.

Probably what I should have done when I saw the depths of this was not to say anything, work with law enforcement out here in California, where DGIV is, and try to shut this scam down. But, it's probably too late now to do that.

The mythical hordes of people shorting this stock had nothing to do with its price collapse -- there was nothing to justify the price rise, and the stock price is just descending back to where it was.

One thing I've read on SI from stock hypesters is that people should get their stock certificates from their brokers to prevent short selling. In the time it takes to get a paper stock certificate converted into an electronic "book entry" you could face huge losses as the share price continued to drop.

Since the DGIV faithful are living on fantasies of becoming rich from this penny stock, here's a suggestion:

Sell everything you own! Take a second mortgage out on your home (one of those 125% ones)! Sell the kids to the circus! Max out your credit cards with cash advances! Just buy DGIV and it will keep going up and you will be rich!

Yeah, sure, right, whatever... And Elvis will come back in a UFO to thank you for your support of DGIV...
