About margin calls...

You buy in around $140, fully margined. You have $70 equity per share, or 50%. Stock drops to $105, you now have $35 equity in a $105 stock; which is about 33%. You trade with a brokerage that requires 35%.
Margin calls begin at around $105.

It's bullish if it _closes_ the opening gap ... ain't gonna happen.

Gotcha and agree on that last part. Thanks for the responses.
