I was just informed at the company that Bob Cummings was never the CFO, he has always been and is the company president. He was acting as the CFO. The new CFO, is Chuck somebody. That is a great sign that DGIV has expanded to the point that they now need a full time CFO. Remember just a couple of months ago, DGIV had only 20 employees. I'm not sure what their employment is now.

I spoke with JC's secretary, who said he was out, don't remember if he was out of the country or not. She said that Bob Cummings was not in a sales position, but still does the administrative company president work he has always done for DGIV. So no telling what he is up to now, out of the country. Roger is out sick today, but is returning phone calls from his home.

Yesterday I sent this Email to DGIV. I know we all want these questions answered, and my intention is not to bash. I am just somewhat frustrated by DGIV and in BB stocks in general. I figure, if DGIV is the real deal, let's call them on it, and hear what they have to say. Yes, I'm a trial member, and yes, this is not the most positive post...but I want answers, and I promised in my Email to DGIV that I would post these questions on every board I came in contact with until some answers came back. I'm a man of my word...

MR. CHIN & COMPANY,
I cannot call you from my office, so I'll need some answers to my investment questions right here. If I get no response, or the answers are evasive, I will withdraw my investment, and post to SI, Raging Bull, AOL, Yahoo, and everywhere else I can think of regarding that evasiveness or lack of response. I am tired of unkept promises in the BB world, and I plan to hold you accountable for the promises you've made. If you answer these questions candidly and honestly, in writing here, I will hold or add to my position, and I will publish your positive answers to all of those forums. You know what the effect of that will be, if you understand those forums at all. We're talking disclosure to your shareholders here - not inside info, just reasonable questions and candid answers.
That being said, here are my questions:
1) Are you financially qualified for a Nasdaq listing? The qualifications are very clear - DO YOU QUALIFY?
2) Have you filed for Nasdaq listing? If so when, and when is their response date to you? When will the hearing be?? I've ridden stocks through Nasdaq listings before, and you are exhibiting NONE of the signs, or talking about the things that a company that is diligently working toward that goal would talk about. Please straighten me out on this...
3) Will there be an exception made to the $4 rule, and why? Can you verify this with any documentation?
4) You have mentioned both an aquisition to get listed, or a straight filing for Nasdaq - WHICH WILL IT BE, AND HOW WILL YOU BE ABLE TO PULL AN AQUISITION OFF BY JULY 31, YOUR OWN STATED DEADLINE, IF FILING DOESN'T GET YOU THERE???
5) Why all of the stalls on the financials, when if they're as good as you folks claim they are, you would be foolish NOT to get them out as quickly as possible???
6) Can you publish documentation on the deals you've made? Why not post that documentation on the web? If they're real deals, the competition can't touch them anyway, right? Perhaps I'm a tad naive on this, clue me in, please...
I don't mean to seem negative, or threatening, but I expect the companies that I'm invested in to be investor responsive, and lately you guys have been acting like every other BB stock out there; Half truths, missed deadlines, no financials, big promises and deals with no documentation, no money evident anywhere...Frankly, I really hope you guys are different...I'm dead serious here, so I'd pay heed to this Email if I were in your shoes....I've copied, and I'm READY TO PASTE, haha...Just the answers, please

As I mentioned, I sent this yesterday, and I'm waiting for answers. We should ALL be demanding answers to some or all of these questions, no? I'm long DGIV, just a tad (MORE than a tad) frustrated with them...
