Mike,

Write down all the cards, that are shown. Then pick one as suggested. When mixed by tornado, you don't see the card you chose. The trick is you also don't see any of the original cards. Check the cards you wrote down and you will see what I mean.

They change all the cards and drop one. No matter which one you picked it's not there! Reminds me of trying to pick a stock that is going to go up.
