Scott, welcome to the thread, glad to answer your question. The company has a line of credit from Ambient Capital that they can't tap into until the company is fully reporting, that was one of the conditions. If you look at their balance sheet you can see that they will need capital to get this product launched and to appropriately market it. In addition there are many firms that will not allow there broker to solicit a stock that is not at least fully reporting, obviously the stock is dependant on supply and demand and the brokers help with the demand situation.
