Mr. Metals- IMO the stock is trading at $1.25 because the company is relatively unknown and there has not been a great effort to inform the public. However, that is apparently about to change. Also, they have only recently completed acquistition of 100% interest and title to 61 patented and 55 unpatented mining claims (see press release, June 1, 1998). As they continue their exploratory mining and validate the size of their find I would imagine they will be taken more seriously. If you have the opportunity check out the other EPAR threads that contain additional info. I'm new to this industry so I ask you, given the great drilling results and profile (both public and speculation)why is this company only trading at $1.25. I would like to hear your concerns so that I can investigate and post responses. I'm trying to do my DD on this but perhaps I'm not asking the right questions. Your comments are greatly appreciated. Just a reminder, I did not attend the shareholders meeting but have spoken to people that have. Estimates are 5 to 20 million ounces of gold. A Joint Venture just around the corner. Possibly a dividend after the venture. Only 11 million outstanding shares. rainman
