Todd- I would guess that not all of the charge will be related to GameFX purchase. Some of the 8.9 million on the balance sheet for " software development costs" could be written off. This would be for games that never made it to market and since they are taking a charge anyway; now would be the time to tidy things up. OT- I sold half of my PWAV that I bought last week, this a.m. for 3 points profit. Will hold the rest through earnings (tomorrow before the bell ) . Andrew
