You are looking to hard IMO at the moment. You can try to assign all the blame you want -- the fact is we all got SCREWED -- maybe that will work out, maybe it will not. Still seems like moving onward and upward is more beneficial at the moment. As the SEC filings come out -- more and more questions will be answered. Pierce does seem to be getting a lot done in a short amount of time in any case. The split has happened, more or less, the first SEC filing was made and a pretty specific PR was put out. I would say I am satisfied, but I will not be until we are all in the black on this stock again. Eric
