Or just a bunch of daytraders passing shares back and forth?

9 3/8 looks like a pretty good entry or accumulation price point...

BM from M,

You should know that a volume of 2M doesn't mean that 2M shares traded hands. MM's double and triple count volume when they trade between themselves.

Also, assuming for a second that there is no substance to this company (and I'm not saying that's true, but for the sake of an argument), folks who know that will dump many shares if they can, if the volume to buy is generated and they know that's the best price they are going to get.

If the volume is all you are going on, that is no proof that institutions are buying.

The last 13D was filed in Feb. and Bridge Capital Partners was selling. They dumped 1.15M shares (that MILLION) in a few weeks. That was 75% of their holdings.

Also in June a 144 was filed.

I don't think the institutions are buying. I think those that know have seen the short interest rise and realize the writings on the wall.

PS 9 3/8 is a great entry point. Short as much as you can, it won't be this high for long.
