i'm thinking there aren't to many happy campers out there right now......imho the only way this stock is going to go anywhere AND STAY THERE ...is to become fully reporting to the sec. until that happens ...same old same old......SO GARY ....i hope we are moving in the right direction on becoming fully reporting.....people need to see #### ....not PR's .....anyone can write PR's....we need HARD FACTS......not forward looking statements.....as a shareholder i grow weary of pr after pr....with no follow up on the previous pr .....jumping from one to the next .... WELL i said i'd stay till the end of june ....i stayed longer ....now i'm done....GOOD LUCK TO ALL

P.S.- i sent this to gary , i think the rest of the people out here should send him something too .......the #1 thing should be not working on deals ....preliminary deals at that ....is the same thing going to happen with dominica...like happened with wolf key ...come on... it starts to get old after awhile....good investing

i wish everyone the best...

Steve1,

I bet you a dollar to a donut casino.org is merely paying lip service to those states. I sincerely doubt Casino.org verifies residency of any of the customers. If they do, I'd have to say they've got their sphincter wound just a wee bit too tight. What jurisdiction does the state of Arizona have over the going-ons in Toronto?!?! (Unless there is some type of reciprocity arrangement I am not privy to.)

Another thing...who cares about US -vs- International gambling? I'll let you in on a little secret...Sports gambling is illegal in most states in the union, yet it's a multi-billion dollar a year business! Obviously, the laws don't chase all the customers away! Sports gambling is NOT illegal in Dominica! And there's not a friggin' thing the US, Minnesota, Arizona, or anyone else in the US can do to stop the offering of same over the internet! They can certainly attempt to prevent US citizens from engaging in same on US soil, but they will fail miserably!

BTW, I think bRiAn just fell down and bumped his head really hard! He either has some serious brain damage or is yanking our chain to the Nth degree (or he was content to bolt with a minimal profit).

...later...

Steven I, The link you provided regarding the legal aspects of Internet gambling was dated September 1996. Do you have something more current?

I agree that it would be helpful to know the revenue comparisons for International bettors vs. US bettors.

My experience in finding that type of information is that most Internet casino companies don't want to reveal that type of info. And I can easily see why.

They simply don't want to say how much they're making. But I will keep looking along with you because I would like to know as well.

Bullish on GLOW.

Best wishes,
Brad

Steven,
Funny you are bringing up the legal aspects of internet gambling. I live in Indiana, and I just happened to hear on the radio today that the attorney general of the state of indiana put out a PR stating that internet gambling is illegal in the state of indiana, but "he conceded that there isn't much he can do about it." The AG's office sent a letter to about 190 internet gambling companies saying as such. All 190 companies were outside the US.

Just because something is illegal, doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. Speeding and drug trafficing is illegal, too, but they happen all the time. Do you think the AG is going to spend more time putting grandma in jail for playing bingo over the internet or going after druggies?

The reality of it is that it doesn't matter what the law says, and the government knows that any law is unenforceable, anyway.

Also, don't forget that americans aren't the only ones who will access GLOW's site. Other countries may not have restrictions at all.

I think the legal aspects of internet gambling is a non-issue. Let's move on to something else.

-Dave
