I think it will take a few consecutive solid earnings before COMS will be removed off WS blacklist. Ascend would be a prime example. After poor earnings, downgrades, and estimate revisions. Their numbers are once again showing signs of consistent growth. COMS must prove the same. Hopefully at the expense of Cisco.
