Hi Christine, I saw the tail end of a story on the news tonight about an escaped ape who snatched up a housecat for a "hostage". The cat didn't seem to mind when the ape released it. I think it was more like a bargaining chip. Did anybody see the whole story so that the details can be filled in? Many of the differnces between apes and humans are only in the degree of ability. I often wonder what the highest IQ ape is capable of doing. Del
