I would add that this calculation error is Guido's opinion, not the SEC:

"Mr. Paravicini has informed Registrant that Proven Reserves, as contained in the May 1998 Report, must be reduced by at least 29,254 ozt of gold as a result of calculation errors.""

The SEC probably has much bigger concerns.
