I agree that the estimate is low. Even though projection of sales is
to be 10% lower, gross margin will get back to around 53%. Also
remember that some capital was used in the expansion in Portland
where they have added manufacturing space for the drilling machine
and the purchase and renovation of the 3rd building. Do you know if
those expenditures showed up in the just announced report? Base on
the result of their previous cost cutting effort in the past, I have
every confidence that they will trim cost and generate decent earning
for 1st quarter 99 ( June - Aug '98 quarter ). I would expect
earnings in the mid to high 40 cents per share. Bought 300 shares
at 29 on Tuesday. Ready to unload around 32...
