Len - Perhaps Datek is protecting us from ourselves with this one.
If both ended up getting executed, the second one would be a short sale, which is probably not the object of the exercise.

Setting two orders means you have a limit sell *AND* a stop sell on the books.
I think the intent of the poster was to have a limit sell *OR* a stop sell, whichever happens first, [i.e. the execution of one order automatically cancels the other], which I think is impossible.
