Don, guess I must be a preditor. What the OCOM poster is missing is that a company does have the option of stopping short selling simply by requesting that the stock not be marginable. But the fact is that a company struggling for funds WANTS the stock to be shortable as that makes convertible financing possible.

OCOM and CCSI and SACM are great shorts right now.
