Bill,

I agree, but you have to go with the best that is available in your area. Don't have cable modem service yet, but do have U.S. West.

It's a situation with selecting a short-term best solution until a better long-term solution is available.

I'm in Ft. Lauderdale area, and we're one of the nine rollout cites that will begin in August. I'm signed up and waiting. Wish I had cable modem, but sh--y TCI won't make the move.
