Say, TG, I've got a small up and coming company with a lot of great ideas that you may want to consider for acquisition. Of course I'll need a generous severance package. You can issue yourself a large block of stock as an incentive for assuming management control and also receive a fee for a successful transaction based on the Lehman formula so the higher the total package price the better!

I'm just getting goose bumps just thinking about it.
