Today's little rally would seem to be because of the Knight (NITE) IPO, which opened fairly strong. (That's the company that EGRP owns approx. $39 million worth.) Why wouldn't there be an exact date for earnings release? If I'm not mistaken EGRP usually sticks to the schedule. BTW, there have been several violent swings down over the past few days, which usually correct themselves fairly quickly as well. Could that be a sign of MM accumulation? (Yes, I'm one of those who believe in all kinds of sinister intentions on the part of the MMs <gg>.)
