Assuming this is related to "Where's the bottom?", if you look at the fallout from the meltdowns at Remedy, Clarify and Scopus, the cheapest closing price any of those three ever got to was 2.5X trailing revenues, which for Vantive I make to be about $11.75/share (equivalent to Scopus at $9). In all three cases, the companies' prices moved up well over time from those levels.
