I read today on VVUS thread that Russell 3000 is based on market cap. So a number of companies could have out capped VLNC this year and certainly those that are generating revenue. An interesting play by the way while we are waiting on VLNC to put up or shut up could be VVUS, which was added to the Russell 3000. It jumped 30+% yesterday and dropped about 9% today. 13,000,000 shares shorted out of 20,000,000 outstanding before yesterdays run up. Payne (spelling?) Weber gave it a buy signal yesterday. Tomorrow is its quarterly conference call. This could be a real turn around story. Its competition is Viagra.
