Terry,
I am long and have bought shares at these levels. This financing mess is almost over IMHO and GF will get a better facility and hopefully a competent CFO. I bought 20,000 shares at these levels over the past week. I think that the Hunts will get out in the next week and that we get a big boost from a closed deal that leverages the Refinery revenues. I have posted on AOL to encourage shareholders to put pressure on AIPN to get rid of Dennis Fitzpatrick.

I think the piece on the stockpromotion is true of AIPN in the 96-97 range and that the Millenium/RMCC faction have served the function for AIPN to raise their profile and provide liquidity in the stock.

AIPN has to move away now from this strategy and deliver now. The next ERA in AIPN is starting. I have never traded my core position in this stock which retrospectively was stupid, I guess, but I had large Capital Gain and decided to let my profits ride. I started to trade in 98 but it only represented a small part of my position. I am definitely not selling at these levels. We are going to leave this phase soon and I think stay up over the $5.00 level for good this time.

Do you believe that AIPN is still a depiction of this type of promotion?
