David, I called CCSC investor relations today. As was expected, I could get no information. I was told that the merger is pending DOJ approval. I asked if there were any issues beyond DOJ approval (such as, for example, some lack of interest by TLAB), but the answer I got was "we cannot comment on anything other than the fact that we are waiting for DOJ approval." I've got to say I've never seen a spread quite like this -- it is too wide and it is not tending to narrow. There has to be some information out there to which I'm not privy. Gary Korn
