...they , unfortunately, did indeed accomplish re damaging AGT.

And I had such high hopes for you - you were finally coherent and made logical points on your last Yahoo post. There is nothing I, (nor tgs for that matter) could do to damage AGTI's stock. The damage was done by the years of incompetence (and I say this as a stockholder then, and NOW), no profit or revenue, wild BS hype, and ultimately no results.

I suggest to you that it is AGAINST my best interest to trash AGTI for several reasons:

a. I am a stockholder (and have been previously)

b. I have large holdings in GMTC. AGTI is really not a competitor in the bingo marketplace to GMTC today. That's the plain and simple fact. Personally I couldn't give a rats behind what goes on in the bingo marketplace except how it relates to the stock value. There's the kicker - when it comes to stock and investor perception, it is incredibly damaging to me as a GMTC stockholder when AGTI's stock tanks. They both get painted with the same broad brush even though they aren't even remotely related. Same thing happened when MGAM got raided by the FBI. All bingo stocks suffered.

c. I only do things that are fun and profitable. And while I admit to getting an odd pleasure out of attacking the absurd, it isn't profitable.

d. The fun of the stock game is to out think your opponent. What you wrongly suggest that I do would be the equivelent to a low blow. What's the sport in that.

Anyway, perhaps we can agree to disagree. We obviously have different vantage points because on a couple of occasions we came to different conclusions using the same facts and methodology.

I presume by your comment that AGTI's handset was superior that you had played GMTC's as well. I have played 6 or 7 of the current handsets available in the marketplace and believe GMTC's is far above the rest. We came to different conclusions, but I can respect your opinion because you came to your conclusion logically. (I would point out that it really doesn't matter what you or I think, the marketplace has decided which one is "better")

Next, your post on Yahoo stated you had read the complaint, had taken it to 2 lawyers and got opinions. I too, read the complaint and the filings very carefully. I also have lawyer friends who reviewed things. We came to differing conclusions using the same means.

And please, the "stockholders are being misled by Shaq" whines are getting old. Anybody who does anything without checking it out first deserves it. And if everybody listened to me you would have all shorted AMZN at 67 which would have made our AGTI losses pale by comparison!

For those interested, there was nearly no action at all on the Level II today. Saw the very large spread so I tested the waters with a sell order @ .09 (midpoint between the ask and bid) which went unfilled. If anyone cares I can post the 8 or 9 transactions.

Good trading
