OK Ned, from left field comes your questions. I am a shareholder in the company. I have no further connection. I have been a shareholder since 1994 (I believe) but my interest in the company .... read the header the basic info. is there. If you'd read the thread (which is in question) you'd know who I am. I've explained that. If you have other questions, just ask. By the way, what is your connection to MISM? Blind faith ... I don't think so. My investment in MISM is based primarily on faith in the drive of Dan Masters matched with the financial connnections of Wilfred Shaw. It's speculation. I own too many shares to get out without completely losing my shirt. C'est la vie in the BB business. I don't dump on the company for it serves no purpose but (at this point for saving face) I only wait on the company for information. Here are your questions:1. Have the private investigators who were hired to find out who's "manipulating the stock" finished their report and, if not, are they still on the payroll? Who cares! Someone made this accusation about the company but really .... If it's critical, explain.2. What happening with the lawsuit against past directors? I don't know. As stated, the company is trying to recover money for issuing options without paying for them. In the greater scheme of the value of my shares, it makes practically speaking NO DIFFERENCE.3. Were the issues of loyalty and MISM's purchase of Dan Master's company ever disclosed i.e. was he the president when the company decided to buy his pretzel company? Why is this an issue? For anyone in contact with the company, this was common knowledge throughout 1997. I first heard about it at the shareholders meeting in January 1997. This was part of the agreement for Dan to join MISM -- i.e. to merge his Pretzel franchises into MISM (which had ONE auto store at the time, I believe). I have discussed this issue with a corporate attorney (over 30 years experience) who sees the issue is just the opposite -- a NON-issue. I believe Dan was paid in stock for his company which isn't worth a whole lot at this point, is it? What's your point? The principal problem with your questions, is they are all leading with negative connotations. If you have something to say then --- SAY IT. Don't beat around the bush. later, leroyt
