Phew!! A big thanks to whomever held us up at the close! Talk about margin calls: our back door is 3.125 and we have been there too long! I got a call today that said I had until Monday to square up to a zero debt balance. We are fairly close to that, but it is no fun being squeezed out of ANCR when it is on the brink of success! As the three o'clock hour approaches these days, we pour a drink, pull up our chairs in front of the computer screen and watch the photo finish while yelling:"Come on 3 and 1/8th... come on baby, come on... you can do it. We got 3! give me an eighth... an eighth!! OH! YOU SON of a .....YEAH!!!!
