From your post, you implied that HVSF was on the verge of crushing Batman. It is time the thread knew of your detailed knowledge of Batman and what HVSF is doing against him. Can you bring the thread up to speed as to what is happening on this front? (I see from your profile I see that you are a lawyer). Can you report an arrest? A lawsuit filed? It is time a lawsuit was filed by HVSF instead of just blowing hot air. Can you quote a docket number? Anything? Anything at all? Or is Batman still out there ready to strike? Do you know the size of his short position? It is time we knew the size of his short. Anything on this aspect? Or do you think it was simply HVSF blowing hot air in your face?
