C and C, I know the following, from my AG Edwards broker. Stock rallied today on news on the wire that they are selling via an IPO 20% of their highly profitable "Strategic Solutions" division (high tech workers I think) to raise 150mil, reduce most of their debt, then in six months they are spinning off the rest to their stockholders, to end up with two companies and dropping the Accustaff name all together. That is all I know. It must be news on the wire.
